PROPCAKE

Spring 2014

These pancakes are a prop food item made as part of an assignment for my theatre design class. 

They were also used in Chris Tanner's Football Head: tales of shame and humiliation at La MaMa, summer 2014.

Materials: sponges, acrylic paint, clay

THE STOPPED SUBWAY

This was a class project to create a theatrical event. My team created a world in which the audience is looking through the window of a subway car that stops unexpectedly. Through the window, a decrepit living space is seen where two dirty underground dwellers enter and disturb the subway passengers.
